Are you interested in how mindfulness meditation and clinical hypnosis can be used to reduce the impacts of pain and suffering and improve wellbeing?

Both mindfulness meditation and clinical hypnosis are known to reduce depression, anxiety, stress, pain and suffering, and to increase coping and wellbeing, but the mechanisms responsible for these health benefits are largely unknown.

This study has been designed to answer some of these important questions, as well as to gain your insights on current pain treatments.

You will complete a number of questionnaires as part of an online survey, as well as to learn about meditation or hypnosis via listening to a guided 20-minute audio. The study will take one-hour.
